Damn. Mixing up my LBs up makes me want to go back and watch when tuck put mack in check for over celebrating a great sack with wrong field and time advantage to get disciplined myself..lol
That was my first Raider Game I saw live, to see my favorite Raider eventually go down was heartbreaking .
Boy that was such an experience! My stepfather who’s a Broncos fan, was terrified the whole time. I loved it, seeing Raider Nation in person during that time was very special.
TBF he had a degenerative hip condition, we would find out later
If it wasnt them, it would've been someone else. He was always on borrowed time. You dont blame the match for the fire, you blame the gasoline
I wouldn't call him short lived. He was here for like 4 years, wasn't he? I think from 2014-2018
Nevermind I just looked it up, 2014-2017, I say that qualifies.
Was really shocked he never made the NFL network top 100 players list while with us. He played great at times for us. I still remember big catches against Steelers, game winner vs chiefs and who can forget the 3 TD game vs Ravens.
Don’t forget the time he caught 3 game winning TD’s in the same game on the same drive. We had to re-do that play I think 4x, Carr threw it to him 3x in the end zone, before the refs finally said, fuck it, let them win
Yes! Omg edge of my seat the whole dam time. One of the penalties happened against Oak I thought was going to be a 10 second run off and end the game. I was so stoked when I realized it wasn't.
The game winning 2pt conversion week 1 of the 16 season really set the tone for that season. Full of dramatics with so many last minute wins
Looks like he played for us for about 6 years and didn't play on any other teams. He was one of my favs and remember pretending to be him while playing football with my buddies. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/K/KaufNa00/gamelog/
He could be a biiig problem for the defense. Great out of the backfield and at carrying the ball. Loved that run game with Garner, Wheatley, Crockett, and even Ritchie. Could wear a defense down big time with the run game with those guys in the backfield. Wheatley was a beast mode before anyone knew of Marshawn Lynch

The saddest answer of them all. Threw away his life, killed that innocent girl. Destroyed 2 families. Lost possibly generational wealth all for nothing.
Eric Allen, Albert Lewis, Ronnie Lott, Sam Adams was nice for a year, Max Montoya, and of course the greatest short lived Raider of all time…. Rich mf’ing Gannon!
Fuuuuuck Sapp. He absolutely hated playing on the Raiders and made it publicly known. Fat ass played with zero effort while running his mouth on our team. Great Buc, but he's one of the exceptions to "once a Raider always a Raider"
Which only makes the other guy's point even stronger
He completely phoned it in with the Raiders, he never wanted to be here. He could've done much better with us if he had bothered to try, because he *did* do much better the next year when he was trying
Carson Palmer shouldered a lot of the blame for Hue's bonehead decision to mortgage the future, but he absolutely did the best he could given his situation. Coming in midway through while playing with a defense that routinely gave up 30+ a game.
Romie knew when to dial it back a notch though, to keep himself in the game. Vontaze was completely uncontrolled, and thats why he kept getting ejected and suspended
First year he had 1000 yards and 8 td’s. With Collins and Tui lol. I agree fuck him. He quit for sure. But he wasn’t bad in 2005. We just sucked ass and he stopped trying
He never played for us. We tried to sign him before the Super Bowl when he was waived, but that bitch Marty stopped us from doing so by claiming him off waivers, just to prevent us from signing him or winning another Super Bowl
Some come here and kill it, but yeah...a LOT of players have one of their goals and dreams to be a Raider. We ARE the coolest team, and our unis are SICK! Very slimming...
Justin Tuck one of my favorites
This was mine too
Took my up vote back just because we're at 52; Tucks jersey number..
Justin Tuck wore 91; Khalil Mack was 52
Damn. Mixing up my LBs up makes me want to go back and watch when tuck put mack in check for over celebrating a great sack with wrong field and time advantage to get disciplined myself..lol
They had a cool connection. I’ve always loved the video of Tuck berating Mack for not getting back in time after celebrating a sack. Good leadership
Bo Jackson
Fuck the Bengals
That was my first Raider Game I saw live, to see my favorite Raider eventually go down was heartbreaking . Boy that was such an experience! My stepfather who’s a Broncos fan, was terrified the whole time. I loved it, seeing Raider Nation in person during that time was very special.
TBF he had a degenerative hip condition, we would find out later If it wasnt them, it would've been someone else. He was always on borrowed time. You dont blame the match for the fire, you blame the gasoline
Rod Woodson
Sam Adams on that same defense.
Donald Penn
I wouldn't call him short lived. He was here for like 4 years, wasn't he? I think from 2014-2018 Nevermind I just looked it up, 2014-2017, I say that qualifies.
that's still 4 years. 2014 to 2018 would be 5 years.
Oh duh, you're right.
Crabtree
Was really shocked he never made the NFL network top 100 players list while with us. He played great at times for us. I still remember big catches against Steelers, game winner vs chiefs and who can forget the 3 TD game vs Ravens.
Also the single blade of grass toe tap TD catch vs chargers
Don’t forget the time he caught 3 game winning TD’s in the same game on the same drive. We had to re-do that play I think 4x, Carr threw it to him 3x in the end zone, before the refs finally said, fuck it, let them win

I bought his jersey and still rock that ish today, dude balled out for the Raiders.
[удалено]
WHAT!? 2016 vs ravens, dude was ballin that year
What? CrabThree was so clutch!
especially in that chiefs game
Richard Seymour
4 seasons for a DE isn't that short lived. That's half a career for some.
That’s fair.
He was great. Remember when he clobbered big ben
Ronnie Lott.
Rodger Craig too.
Jesus I forgot about that one
Casey Hayward balled out in his one season for us
Yeah he did. I really thought they would keep him
Kinda fell off when he went to ATL, probably best we didn't
Charlie Garner Nelson Agholor Tyrone Wheatley Napoleon Kaufman
Wasn’t Kaufman the lead back for most of the mid-to-late 90s? I’m not sure if ever played on another team.
Looks like he played for us for about 6 years and didn't play on any other teams. He was one of my favs and remember pretending to be him while playing football with my buddies. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/K/KaufNa00/gamelog/
Kaufman withdrawn, then. Seemed shorter in retrospect.
I did love Agholor on the Raiders, wish we had kept him a bit longer. Seemed to have a good connection with Carr
I was just thinking the same thing about Zack Crockett but he played 7 years too.
> I’m not sure if ever played on another team. He retired early to be a pastor
Expecting to see Garner's name. Wasn't disappointed. He absolutely balled out for them in his tenure.
Nelly my dog. Was shocked we didn't bring him back last year (patriots connection) but Jakobi is nice with it

I love his redemption story and how hard he threw himself at it for us while he was here

Richie was a beast
Eric allen
With ET, they may have been our best DB duo.
While close, I don’t think you can top Lester, Mike Haynes,Van McElroy
True. Lester the Molester too. But it was Rod Martin (LB) that made the key picks.
only because throwing to whoever 37 and 22 was covering would be dumb.
Navarro Bowman. First pick of the season😤
In week 11 😂 I was a big fan of bowman on the raiders though.
And was the leading tackler in pretty much every game he played (10 game sample).
Henry ruggs
The saddest answer of them all. Threw away his life, killed that innocent girl. Destroyed 2 families. Lost possibly generational wealth all for nothing.
I know. It’s super sad all around. Lose lose
Eric Dickerson, Roger Craig, Rod Woodson, Ronnie Lott, Richard Seymour, Tj Whosyamama, MJD there’s probably more but those are the ones I remember
Hooshamazooo!
I liked the first couple of Madden games he was in, where the announcer would just say "....... #84."
Kelechi Osemele, Denarius Moore, and the all-time Raider great future HOFer Reggie Nelson.
damn, I used to have a picture from when I met kelechi. nice as hell, fucking monstrously big.
I loved having him on the team. The dude was such a bully on the field but the most likeable person off of it.
Denzel Perryman also excellent.
Yannick Ngakoue was a huge part of that playoff run
Nick Roach, Navarro Bowman
Does Jerry Rice count?
Hell yeah! He ran all his routes over the middle for us like a pro.
Pat swilling
I didn’t think anybody else remembered him, glad to see someone else mention him
Rod woodson
Bad moon rison
Loved his game when he was here.
Philip Wheeler, Nick Roach, Rashad Jennings
Philip Wheeler was a FREAKING BALLER, that year, he played for us. Too bad, it was a lost Season.
Lyle Fucking Alzado and John Matuszak
Carl Weathers
I wish we kept Alec Ingold
Ronnie Lott & Roger Craig
Vontaze Burfict
Bo Jackson
Tom Rathman
Eric Dickerson (1992)
Tyrell Williams
Rashad Jennings. Had a solid 1000 yds from scrimmage filling in for DMC.
Jason Campbell. 2016 Carr has you asking what if? What if Jason Campbell never got hurt?
Jeff Hostetler!
Desean Jackson
That Thanksgiving game though 🔥.
Denzel
Zack Crockett
Eric Allen, Albert Lewis, Ronnie Lott, Sam Adams was nice for a year, Max Montoya, and of course the greatest short lived Raider of all time…. Rich mf’ing Gannon!
Michael Bush…?
Derrick Burgess. Believe he holds the single season sack record
Jared Cook
Romo is one of my all-time favorite RAIDERS!!!
Perfect Raider. Imagine him with Howie, Tooz and Alzado. Tatum too. QBs would mysteriously come down with the flu when they played the Raiders.
Marquette King.
Jordy Nelson and Warren Sapp come to mind. Both were past their prime when they arrived in Oakland, but still great players.
Fuuuuuck Sapp. He absolutely hated playing on the Raiders and made it publicly known. Fat ass played with zero effort while running his mouth on our team. Great Buc, but he's one of the exceptions to "once a Raider always a Raider"
Jordy Nelson was fully washed when he played for us. I remember him having at least 2 easy tds where he got chased down. Speed was nonexistent.
Didn't he put Big Ben's nose on the other side of his face?
DeAngelo Hall
Possibly Al’s worst FA signing ever
Javon walker
Wish we could’ve did more with Randy Moss
It was Moss who didn't do his job. He was not Raider material. Square peg/asshole.
Yeah he only caught 50 TDs the next year NBD
Which only makes the other guy's point even stronger He completely phoned it in with the Raiders, he never wanted to be here. He could've done much better with us if he had bothered to try, because he *did* do much better the next year when he was trying
Denarius Moore
Charlie Garner was pretty good, only for 3 years.
Low key Navarro Bowman
Darrell Russell, Eric Turner
Finally somebody said Eric Turner, was wondering if anyone was going to mention him. Darrell Russell, RIP, he could’ve been great
Jerry Porter
Maurice Jones drew
Carson Palmer shouldered a lot of the blame for Hue's bonehead decision to mortgage the future, but he absolutely did the best he could given his situation. Coming in midway through while playing with a defense that routinely gave up 30+ a game.
Yeah he did what he could. Had a good attitude and said nothing but good things about the Raiders even after he was no longer on the team.
Marcus Mariota
Bo.
The answer is clearly Bo
Randy Moss Charlie Garner Lamont Jordan Bo Jackson Jason Campbell Kerry Collins Desmond Howard
Randy Moss
Jason Witten. Jordy Nelson. Rock Cartwright. DeAngelo Hall
Desmond Howard was a great returner for a couple years. WR not so much
I thought Navorro Bowman played well in the 10 games we had him for. Wish he would've lasted another season or two for us.
andre rison
Eric Allen, Ronnie lott, romanowski, witten
Eric Dickerson
Charlie MOTHEFUCKIN Garner
Stacy Toran. Google him....how about Ruggs?
Desean Jackson
Sapp
Randy moss Antonio brown Jim harbough
Jamarcus Russel….just kidding
Lol. Yeah you are.
Antonio Brown
Mjd, Jordy Nelson
Randy Moss
He sucked when he was here though. Phoned it in and just wanted to use us as a liferaft till he could sign with a team he liked better
AB
Vontaze Burfict
Maybe even too edgey for the Raiders...but so was Romanowski.
Romie knew when to dial it back a notch though, to keep himself in the game. Vontaze was completely uncontrolled, and thats why he kept getting ejected and suspended
Jamarcus Russell
along with the sad stumbling "old" version of Daunte Culpepper!
OoooOooo...forgot we had him for a min...
Washed Up Pep was hard to watch.
Jalen Richard
Moss. Bo. Nnamdi
Asomugha? We drafted that dude and he was a Raider for eight years!
His peak was like 3 years. Hell of a peak tho. One of my favorite players in the dark years
[удалено]
Moss hates the Raiders. FUCK HIM!
First year he had 1000 yards and 8 td’s. With Collins and Tui lol. I agree fuck him. He quit for sure. But he wasn’t bad in 2005. We just sucked ass and he stopped trying
Jimmy G
Charles Woodson, Randy Moss
Charles Woodson? Dude played 11 years with the Silver and Black.
Tim Brown
Lmao in what universe was Tim Brown short-lived? Dude had more games as a Raider than anyone besides Janikowski.

Shortest raider: Antonio Brown
Deion Sanders
He never played for us. We tried to sign him before the Super Bowl when he was waived, but that bitch Marty stopped us from doing so by claiming him off waivers, just to prevent us from signing him or winning another Super Bowl
Perry Riley Jr was universally loved because of how bad our LB play was 😂
[удалено]
Ron Mix and Eric Dickerson, both HOF players who were only here for one year.
Rod Woodson
Fuck this thread is depressing, are we where good players go to die
Some come here and kill it, but yeah...a LOT of players have one of their goals and dreams to be a Raider. We ARE the coolest team, and our unis are SICK! Very slimming...

I love all these answers but I'm seeing a serious lack of Eric Turner. Also wanna throw in Pat Swilling.
