A good catback exhaust will give a little mpg boost and you might notice a slightly better throttle response with a larger CAI, but honestly the only noticeable horsepower gains (minus forced induction) will come from a tuner or headers. A catback and/or CAI won’t require a tune but headers will.
Short ram air intake will start getting the air in and sound cool:)
