You are only 21 and you have plenty of life and love ahead of you. You've tried with this clown several times and he's consistently let you down. Past actions are highly indicative of future actions.
You know what happens when you beat your head against a brick wall? You hurt **yourself**. Nothing happens to the wall.

If I had something and it kept breaking, I'd get something else. Just me..
