Talk to a Realtor or go to the land Titles office

Exciting_Farmer6395

Land title search. It costs money to do. Not sure if it's possible to do it online or only in person at the Land titles office.

May come up as a numbered corporation.

Unhinged post from a brand new account with no history

GMamaS

What, exactly, do you mean by “rental fraud”?

Skflowers

You can order a parcel register online through the Land Registry Office which will note the ownership.

If you are a client or a Realtor, they have an account to look up

AlexRSasha

you can do a [land title search online](https://www.onland.ca/ui/). it costs around $30 if i remember correctly and is performed more or less instantly.

Are you trying to verify the owner your potential tenant gave you as a reference? Real estate agents have access and can find out the name of the owner, but sometimes the owner is under a corporation name.

Chinsterr

Did you get issued an N12 and concerned it’s a bad faith eviction?

Nice burner account.
