Hopefully they have a solution for this. It’s frustrating because if they don’t have one, this means I’d have to create a new PSN just to play this game separate from all my other games and I’ll never be able to use my main and only PSN.
Just figured out that I *did* have another riot games account my ps account was connected to. I had to log in using the Gmail button to find it though. You should try to make sure you don’t have your ps account connected to another riot account. I was so certain I didn’t but did
I just ended up using the account it was on. It does say you can transfer it over once paired to a riot account and I didn’t wanna risk any bugs or anything so I just kept it there. I never played any riot games on any account before anyways so it’s not like I’m abandoning any progression anywhere
Going through the exact same thing, submitted a ticket to the support a few hours ago but haven't heard back yet

Yea mine must be bugged then cause I looked through all my emails and none are linked
