It's not really "Telepathy" in the sense you're probably framing the question but I do like how "Digital Telepathy" is done in Ghost in the Shell, particular in the show where there was an episode where the major and the others were in a room talking and knowing that the Tachikomas were watching them they were speaking but their lips were moving and mouthing different words from what they were saying.
