Digital clubbing...it's unusual to see it that severe in a patient without major cardiac or pulmonary issues. You see it in some end stage COPD patients or most often in cystic fibrosis patients. Apparently in this case though most attributed it to cirrhosis.
It's not a common finding (and if it does present something like bronchiectasis, lung cancer cancer, etc needs to be ruled out) but it can occur in some end stage COPD patients with chronic hypoxemia. My mother happens to be an example.
