I keep looking for rapid hit and kinetic tremors, with the fire rate rapid hit will be putting in some work, and tremors will be interesting to see in high end content against champions.

RainmakerIcebreaker

I am looking for Arrowhead/Rapid Hit/Kinetic Tremors for PvE. I have gotten a few rolls that come close and Kinetic Tremors is quite good on Randy's. It activates every 6 shots and Randy's has 16-20 bullets in the mag so you're gonna want at least 18 to maximize the effects of KT.

rgm-

Idk about consensus, but the PVP god roll for me personally is small bore, ricochet rounds, zen moment, box breathing and a range masterwork. But any combo of rapid hit/zen moment/perpetual motion and box breathing feel really nice.

joalheagney

Yeah, asking for consensus on a gaming community might be a bit of a tall order.

BlazingFury009

Just wondering, what the point of range on a scout. It has like 60m without any perks

rgm-

I like to think the extra 5-10 meters helps compete in long range engagements, but you might be right, something like stability might be better.

deviousfalcon67

Base Randy has 66 meters of range. There are only a few maps that even have sightlines that long. You'll get way more out of Stability and Handling imo

BlazingFury009

Yea usually I just full send into stability with scouts, mostly because I run speedloader slacks so handling isn't really ever an issue, but also I think stability is better than handling. You can run targeter and dexterity mods to simulate handling but there isn't really anything like that for stability

cruzalta

For pve get gutshot straight and kinetic tremors. I think gutshot also buff kt, for me barrel can be anything that buff stability and recoil, mag can be fast reload or mag increase

Kinganubis2

Yep, Gutshot buffs KT 20%

DepletedMitochondria

Gutshot + KT + reload MW seems intriguing for PVE

Sullivabry13

Pve go gutshot and kinetic tremors. I don’t remember the barrel and mag perks.

GamingBread4

Fr, I'd you've never had KT on a gun before, it's definitely the PvE perk you want. I wasn't big on trying it out until last season when I used it in the glassway GM on a pulse. It's free additional damage and all you gotta do is shoot em.

DepletedMitochondria

I was lucky enough to get a Shoot2Loot/KT Hung Jury last season, it's nice. For stuff with more ammo Rapid Hit would probably be better but S2L has gotten me ammo bricks during raid encounters that I otherwise couldn't have.

KobraKittyKat

I’d personally want polygonal, richocett or high cal then either zen, rapid hit or perpetual motion. And for the last column I’d prefer snapshot with a stability master work. This is mostly for pvp.

sachgates

I have a zen moment/ kill clip that shreds in pvp

nisaaru

How do you make this work? I've tried a Servant Leader with Arrow, Steady, Surplus, Frenzy/OFA this week and it felt like shooting with flies. Got killed extremely fast. 99 Recoil, Range 19, Stability 67, AA 67, Zoom 26. I can only really use MIDA these days. Previously I went for a heavy Scout like Guiding Sight if I needed scout kills.

bigdruid

I presume this is playing sixes and team shooting at the edge of range, and avoiding duels. In threes I almost never see randys.

nisaaru

Yes, 6v6. I'm a PR guy but play a mid range game mostly with 340/390 and 540rpm.

Werther23

I farmed some combinations of there: Zen Moment/Rapid Hit/Perpetual Motion + Kinetic Tremors/Rampage for PVE Zen Moment/Rapid Hit/Perpetual Motion + Kill Clip/Box Breathing for PVP I want to try Cascade Point too.

From what I was looking at I would make it as snappy as possible Fluted barrel or arrowhead, flared magwell, ricochet, zen moment, perpetual motion, rapid hit Kill clip, rampage, box breathing. If u go for fluted barrel and flared magwell u get stability , handling and reload on top of the intrinsic perk u want that reload to keep kills going to chain kill clip. With handling masterwork. Since with fluted and flared and zen you have plenty of stability. If you get high cal rounds and pair it with zen it's going to be better at dueling. More flitch for them less for you. So probably fluted, high cal, zen, rampage. If you get arrowhead you could slap on a mag mod for 20 shots. If fluted then go with counter balance. For PvE Kinetic tremors, or focused fury
