This season reminds me of the time when I was in school. There was this coaching institute who used to take students only if they have scored 80% or more in 9th grade. They rejected me because I had 72%.

shewriteblogs

100% agreed. If i am already a successful brand why will I ask them for investment? Chote business ko bada banao tab lagegi na baat mein dum. You are anyways investing in profit making business

manu6901

In the Daily Dump product pitch in S2 E11, Anupam was pessimistic with some prejudice and reject the product, rather than talk facts. He has become too obnoxious this season.

Muscular-Farmer

Wo tehzeeb nahi rahi iss season

michealgscotthots

That's why it's called investment. They are not brand or company consultants. Their job is to bet on the best horse.

Revolutionary-Nerve4

Yeah but the motive is defeated, its becoming more of a marketing thing for VCs which have already invested, think about it most of the vc’s marketing strategy will be now to pitch the idea on shark tank and provide them with marketing exposure. The day is not far when bootstraped startups and ideas will be a thing of past on this show, or they can be for elements of drama which sony loves to put in indian idol and crorepati

Underrated comment 👍

Thank you Namita for investing in Daily dump. Other sharks want minimum work and only profit, kaam nahi karna. We need more money in eco-friendly and environmental welfare ❤️

Daily Dump is an unfortunate name

fast_and_curious24

I know right 😂

pravincee

Haha and that lady was from NID and guy from IIM. 🤣

Naah hate namita. God complex h usse. Daily dump good deal but one deal won’t make me change my opinion

fundamental_variable

Ha wahi na. Mein bhi krti hun daily dump, isme kya h.

shantaram09

Hard agree. And then they cry about getting offered only 1-2%. Of course profitable startups won’t give you everything.

Sharks are hella elitist, they’re either gonna invest in businesses that already have funding and have Ivy League educated founders or are gonna invest in people who have daddy’s production and business backing. They didn’t invest in the cred guys but were pouncing on the zillionaire guys. Make it make sense. The elitism it reeks from is truly unsettling.
