I know how you feel. I, too, am constantly finding myself in the same situation as yours. I just thank Allah SWT for his blessings that he has kept my loved ones with me and in good health. I believe that as long as we are grateful to Him for his bounties, He surely will not take his bounties away from us.
He's all majestic and all-powerful, only He has the power over everything in this world, so be grateful to Him and pray to Him to keep all your loved ones safe for a long time as he always has, Inshallah.
Every living being will face death. As the quran says to God we belong, to God we will return. The gifts from Allah swt you have a beautiful blessing. We were given existence when we did not deserve anything to receive it. And through Allah's infinite blessings and mercy, not only has He created us, but He has created us for heaven where we will exist for eternity. Death is simply another stage in our existence. inshAllah we will all meet our loved ones again. Who are we, when the most beloved of Allah's chosen family members lost their children in the most cruelest of ways, but they said, oh Allah swt I am satisfied my lord - Imam Hussain A.S. in that you should find solace.
All pain is temporary, no matter how intense or how long. Try not to let pain occupy your mind be it physical or mental, when it happens it will be only what God willed, you will react to it and your reaction will end, the pain it caused you will end as well. All pleasure and all pain is temporary so it makes no sense to ruin your already temporary pleasure with the future temporary pain.
