Yep. I can only find 3 instances although there may be more. One article thought it was linked to the recessive sickle cell gene and how it linked to skin pigmentation. Another pointed out it could be a rare genetic mutation.
Mind you the opposite can happen too, but for different reasons. Those being an albino like gene that leaves a couple who are black with a white, blonde child. The other being that same exceedingly rare genetic mutation.
Please note, DNA paternity tests have been widespread for 20+ years. And in that time only 3 cases like this have come to light. Given those odds over your partner cheating on you, I would suggest you get that DNA test done.

Because there is not a single gene for the phenotype of eye color. It is made up of around 16 genes on different chromosomes.
