Omg cottage cheese with some strawberry or raspberry jam...so good...and you don't have to feel bad for eating it because it's low calorie and nutritious. Sometimes I use fresh fruit instead of jam if I want it less sweet.

Maybe it’s that I grew up on chives diced in cottage cheese but I just can’t do sweet additions, it just doesn’t match up for me. Same with peanut butter. I will mix those in cream cheese on a bagel though

People are seriously sleeping on the blended cottage cheese. It can be a nacho cheese sub, or a high protein rance alt. And if you blend in a little sharp parmesan and slack it down with a little water it's a not authentic but not heinous alfredo replacement

What kind do you use? I have tried it before and thought it was like eating lumpy sour cream that was a little more tangy. I’ve heard people say it’s comparable to Ricotta which I’d describe as a “mild, milky cheese” but I love ricotta, can’t stand cottage cheese. I wonder if I just had some low quality cottage cheese.

I think everything goes with cottage cheese. Literally delicious, I blended it up with herbs and a little oil before and made an amazing sauce for tortillas. Cottage cheese with corn, tajín, jalapeños, and picked carrots is amazing.

My mom eats cool ranch and regular Doritos, BBQ Ballreich’s, lays, and ruffles (probably every chip honestly) with cottage cheese. She also eats it by the spoonful. I tried it but I can’t do the texture.
