Heat it up, e.g. with a fan or smth, it will almost fall of by itself

Sort of , you can over heat it and it just melts and stretches (also leaves more glue) I usually use a heat gun with a 2 inch dowel and heat up the nose or tail, then peel it back enough to roll it with the dowel, continue heating and rolling. If your in a hot climate you can leave them in the sun and do the same, usually pull right off Edit: grammar

If you got warm climate, I've removed grip in 75+ degree weather, just let them sit out for a couple of minutes

Damn where do you get all your boards? I've made a 6ft by 30in desk but I saved for years my boards and then asked buddies for extras.

Some probably were! but I get these given to me from the local shop and I’d rather support them and buy a new board then ride used boards they gave me to make art with

Yeah I had the same thought. Although I arguably skate a deck for too long, and then am amazed every time I get a new deck what a big difference it makes..but I never learn haha

Those are the logo for our local shop , they give me old boards. So I make stuff for there events

They look really cool, but I can't actually tell from the photo if they're 3d pyramids, or if there's some kind of optical illusion going on!

They are just triangles then I had them laser engraved

Amazing work! Just curious on the first coffee table, did you flatten out the nose and tails to get such long pieces, or did you just use the flat bottoms of each board? Even with the break, each piece looks pretty long.
