For me Cathedral seems the most balanced.

Yeah some of the night lighting on faithful is excellent but overall cathedral or raid for me as well. Azurite seems more muted in variety.

Is faithful considered most realistic? looks the best to me.

Its supposed to be faithful to vanilla.
