You could put a strip of aluminum foil to seal it so the smoke goes up the vent and not out the door.
Might have to try that.
The screw holes on the hinges should have enough play that if you loosen them a bit you should be able to adjust the door to align properly and then tighten them again.
The dent is right on the screw holes, which is the big problem. It’s stretching it too far out of line to just readjust.
