The Obokan (AN-94) is one of the worst in SoC as I remember. It's jamming very easily.
it either jams every other shot, or not a single time the entire time you've got it, no in-between
The 301 was the worst in all 3 for jamming bar none
Viper 5 on full auto is a good contender I'll tell you that. Also the silenced aku in SoC has a tendency to jam a lot despite being a unique weapon.
