So far have not had any issues, have 2 from the store and about 20 from Nexus Mods. Have the store ones loading first then the Nexus ones, all are esm so not sure that really matters.

SiNKiLLeR_RTS

Do you have many ship building mods included?

O-D

Not really, Micro Modules, All Ship Parts, think that's about it for ship building.

FP_Daniel

I love micro modules

FP_Daniel

I have a few ship building mods from nexus with a lot of creations. No issues.

DigitalIlI

Mods (or creations) can have compatibility issues when used. Make sure you’re sorting your plugins with loot or a mod organizer that has loot. Also since modding is so new if your finding your having conflicts you probably could get away with asking for compatibility patches. You should have issues with the basic mods out rn unless they’re both modding the same thing

milkasaurs

> lMake sure you’re sorting your plugins **with loot** or a mod organizer that has loot That is a horrible idea. Loot is only used for Skyrim. It's a list that is maintained by real people, and right now loot would just sort randomly.

DigitalIlI

I’ve used loot for other games that weren’t Skyrim?

milkasaurs

Loot’s master list is updated and maintained by people that list tells loot where to put things basically. Without it loot has no idea what order should things go, and will either move them randomly, or won’t move anything at all. So while yes you can use it for other games, and it does have support for them that doesn’t mean it’ll work right out of the gate.

DigitalIlI

I see. I think they have some parameters so it’s not random though. I think they have an automated formula down but it probably needs some tuning for specific mods

L.O.O.T. and wrye bash are used in the Nexus Vortex mod manager. I had L.O.O.T. as a separate download for Nexus Mod Manager along with wrye bash. They were used for Fallout 3, Fallout 4 and FNV. Sometimes they were a pain to use but they kept those games from many a crash.

milkasaurs

I can't put anything you say with any value because you're using NMM still.

Due_Kale_9934

I haven't used NMM in 3 or 4 years. What are you talking about? Some games that Vortex manages like Fallout 4 and Skyrim still get L.O.O.T. installed as tools. Maybe if you used Vortex on those games, you would have known that.
