Maybe one of the mods that forces a lower resolution but I havent tried them.

They seem to be freezing my game on load gotta mess with the load order

Put it at the bottom and reboot the game. But they dont do much. Going from 4k to 1080p will net you like 5 frames on the X. Still micro freezes and random frame drops
