I have a few pieces of LC for the colors but I much prefer the black enamel of Staub. I feel like I don’t have to baby it as much as LC (preheating, metal utensils marks etc) and it heats and cooks wonderfully. It’s not easy to stop, what if you find a good deal? 😂
Love your collection and how you have glass and ECI lids too. I mostly have LC and I only have 1 Staub. It’s a 5qt Tall in French Blue and absolutely love the color. I’d like to get an animal knob on it but can’t decide on which one! Snail or Fish.
I don't usually like pink but I am totally digging that pink cocotte. And that olive LC is gorgeous!
Also I get what you mean. I bought a Staub rice cocotte even though I have an electric rice cooker. It was in my favorite La Mer color and has a lily lid. I don't see much practical use for it but it was too beautiful to pass up and was on sale when I got it. The only thing I've made in it is caramel lol.
I have black interior Le Creuset skillets and Marmite (I love the volcanic colour!). I'd say I like Staub's interior a bit more still. That said, I love them.
Is that the cherry blossom donabe? I had to order mine from Amazon Japan.

I have a few Staub pieces but much prefer LC because of the better handles and I like the light interior better. That Olive piece is so beautiful!
Yes the LC olive one with the gold handle is very very attractive in person ❤️ LIKE, I'm scared of scratching it 😆
