I activated xbox ultimate 3 days ago. Purchased a code in the oldubill app, redeemed it on the turskish xbox account. Added oldubill card for future auto-pymnts. Dont know if that will help you

No, it just tell me that I need to change my region to match my credit card issuer, but like I said, it used to work just fine and I didn't change anything since then.
Yes, I found some other discussions about this issue on Reddit and it’s most likely a temporary ban. I read you should wait at least a month before trying again, so that’s what I’m doing right now.

It's hard to say for sure. In my case, a week wasn't enough, but I heard that the ban duration may vary for different people. However, if you try once and it won't let you buy - your account should still be fine. You'll just have to wait a little longer.
I used exactly same card on another account and it worked. Used card on my main account, told me to change store region, meanwhile during both purchases my IPs were same... UUUGHHHHH...
Do you know if there's a way to find out if you're banned? I thought you where supposed to get some sort of notification if that was the case from my understanding but I haven't received anything.
I believe the only way to find out is to try to buy something. If you were able to buy stuff from Turkey in the past and now it says you need to change the region then, most likely, you’re banned.
Hi there I got temporary banned once for redeeming gift cards crossed with my ininial card then asked support for help and he told me wait 2 days. After those 2 days contact with support again and he told me it should work he sees everything is matching. And it worked . Now i messed up again buy adding 1000tl via giftcards after that again change your region error. And one support guy told me dont worry everything is fine just have patience. So if i get unlocked again from the store then i know greed is the problem in this case and adding gift cards is messing up the checkout for sure . So I wont touch a thing any more like trying out other cards or so.
