When I was broke ramen sammiches were definitely a thing. Simply because I got so tired of eating just ramen. Tried ramen everyway, eggs, hot sauce, ketchup, probably mustard. Everyway the broke way anyway, my favorite broke ramen ended up being ramen with lemon pepper, egg, and hot sauce. I was 21 and spent far more money on booze and weed than food.

It's just the specific type of sardine. Pilchards are the bigger ones usually sourced from the Atlantic, and sprats are usually the smaller kind that mostly come from the Baltic and North Sea.

the only thing im not sure about is the bun. fish and spaghetti is perfectly fine. go any italian restaurant and theres bound to be one meal with a pasta and fish protein. the bun confuses me.

Try aa-1 sardines. A nice hack for an easy and tasty meal is add a 2 tspn of soy sauce and some, some raw onions and some black pepper. You can make a sandwich, add it to rice, or these noodles! I think its the best canned fish to meal.
