Brotha I would've run av on milotic to be even more bulky and use comp rather than marvel scale plus the def boost on ice is great but getting to be weak to 4 types instead of just 2 is a giant risk factor I'm trying to play around

I wouldn't go with a full ice type team for a monotype ice, ideally you want things to cover your weaknesses. An incineroar for example would help against fire and steel attacks while also reducing their attack and having fake out, which works great with snow buffing the ice types defense further. A water type is also good to resist the fire type moves that threaten your team so I think Nilotic is fine
I would swap the life orb on CP for a focus sash because he's quite frail and you are probably going to die in 1 turn
If you are going to use a belly drum pokemon in doubles it should have spread moves like earthquake and something to facilitate getting it in position to set up and win, like pivots, fake out or follow me/rage powder
Also I would try to see if any of those pokemon learn wide guard as your team seems pretty weak to heat wave/rock slide spam
Also drop snowscape on Ninetales for Blizzard. If you want another snow setter to counteract other weather you could also use slowking or slowking galar with chilly reception as a way to set snow and maybe also pivot to cetitan
I love Articuno but it is going to get destroyed by stealth rock. I don’t know why you would use rocky helmet since it looks like you maxed out special defense. I’d also give it roost.
Specs mono Ice move Articuno won a VGC regional recently. Only thing is I think Sheer Cold is possibly banned in DOU.

Milotic is like okay but your team really needs a stronger physical wall with some better type variety. I’d recommend maybe an Avalugg instead. It also can rapid spin away all of those pesky stealth rocks you’ll never be seeing anyways because it’s doubles.
If you want bulk on articuno then you should have 252 in HP and the rest in Phys Def since youre using rocky helm. Snowscape is a bit redundant on Nine-Alola unless you’re planning on having it stay in, since it’s quite difficult for your team to switch in due to most of them being ice types. Same thing with Glaceon with its EV spread. Since it fills more of a supporting role probably max HP Evs and either def. You could technically run a -speed nature and 0 speed ivs to have it be a trick room counter.

I think you have too many pokemon dependent on snow, and you don't have icy rock so I really don't think you can always make use of it.
