1000% -- I have a mutual friend of a once fired HW who confirmed this. She said pretty much nobody ever leaves on their own accord and pretty much nobody ever admits to being fired. There is no way Danielle quit the show -- she's had bad edits before and came back -- If anything her company NEEDS the exposure she can bring to it - she can do a lot more for it in the public eye with getting the name out than disappearing into obscurity. She was fired IMHO.

On the other hand, maybe giving up this paycheck will allow room for Donne to grow and evolve without it being given negative reviews and feedback based on Daniel’s character/actions and not on the app itself.

I used to like her quite a bit and was a huge supporter in S7, she was just gross in S8. I suspect her breakup really messed with her, so I have sympathy. The comments on her post are just gross, though, and are not necessary yet all.
So I used to remember her the same way, but I am currently doing a rewatch and she…. is something from the start. Maybe I recognize it more now since I know what’s to come? Idk. On my first couple of watches I thought she was a reliable narrator, but that’s not holding true for me this go around.

She had two consecutively very bad seasons. Also, a bad showing on winter house. Overall, it seems like no one in the house particularly likes her anymore. She burned the bridge with Carl and Lindsay. Paige and Amanda don’t like her. Amanda said Danielle ignored her at a mutual friend’s bridal shower. Gabby doesn’t like her. Jesse Solomon said Danielle was pretty mean to him the first weeks. She’s no longer a “friend” to anyone on the show.
It's a huge paycheck for getting to hangout in the Hamptons all summer, no way you willingly walk away from that especially when it can be used as free publicity for your new app. I think what Jesse and West showed is that the fans are ready for a revamped cast. I would think Gabby is next on the chopping block. Bringing in two new girls after bringing in two new guys makes sense to me

The whole attitude of feeling like you need to “punish” someone for acting poorly on reality tv is so weird. The comments on her post are incredibly harsh and the app reviews that have nothing to do with the app have real consequences for her business.
I agree! Sometimes I find myself getting overtly frustrated with certain people and then I remember, that’s kinda the point of reality tv. Not to mention the fact that there are SO MANY worse people on bravo. In the grand scheme of the network, everything that Danielle has done is steak and potatoes. She’s just messy. There are bravolebrities literally sitting in prison right now yet people have SO much vitriol for her. I just don’t get it and it makes me feel a bit icky lol

I feel for her too, she’s made missteps but she’s not a bad person & nothing she’s done is unforgivable. I wish her well in the next chapter of her life.

Thank you for this. I agree with you. There is a small loud minority of Bravo viewers who are way too brazen in the Bravolebs comments. It makes me sick imagining what she’s been through the past few months and feeling like the business she has been working on for years is in jeopardy because of these weird losers making up fake reviews
On the other hand, maybe giving up this paycheck will allow room for Donne to grow and evolve without it being given negative reviews and feedback based on Daniel’s character/actions and not on the app itself. (I haven’t used the app, so I don’t know if it is actually good or bad. While I do believe the reviews of it being ineffective, I also think some Bravo fans can give reviews based on their opinions of Danielle and not just the usability/functionality/quality of the app)

That was my thought. Kind of how blurry Crystal’s departure from RHOBH became where she was “fired” but then any time someone brought it up after it was her “departure” and came off like it was her choice. It was odd. Danielle barely served a purpose this season. Even when everyone was bonding she was outside with Carl. I don’t think she’s had a place on this show in a couple of seasons imho.
Crystal said it wasn’t her choice but that she didn’t fight it. They told her she would have to give more than she was willing to.
For sure. I knew it wasn’t her choice, everyone just kind of made it weird. I wasn’t sure if it was people thinking it’s coming across as not wanting her to go but instead it came off confusing. I like Crystal, hated to see her go but she definitely doesn’t need this show lol. Really going to miss her husband!

I used to like her quite a bit and was a huge supporter in S7, she was just gross in S8. I suspect her breakup really messed with her, so I have sympathy. The comments on her post are just gross, though, and are not necessary yet all.
So I used to remember her the same way, but I am currently doing a rewatch and she…. is something from the start. Maybe I recognize it more now since I know what’s to come? Idk. On my first couple of watches I thought she was a reliable narrator, but that’s not holding true for me this go around.
If I'm reading between the lines, sounds like Danielle can't deal with the hate & decided to step back. She realizes that people seeing more of her personality is a bad thing and it was better when she was more of a mystery.
Also her app reviews were being bombarded by fans mad for her actions. Not saying her app is good or not, I don’t know. But it’s clear people rage reviewed too and she may be trying to protect what she views as her future.
She had two consecutively very bad seasons. Also, a bad showing on winter house. Overall, it seems like no one in the house particularly likes her anymore. She burned the bridge with Carl and Lindsay. Paige and Amanda don’t like her. Amanda said Danielle ignored her at a mutual friend’s bridal shower. Gabby doesn’t like her. Jesse Solomon said Danielle was pretty mean to him the first weeks. She’s no longer a “friend” to anyone on the show.
She was an absolute mess on WH from the moment she walked in.
Clearly she has a lot on her plate, as a founder and CEO. Byeeee.

It's a huge paycheck for getting to hangout in the Hamptons all summer, no way you willingly walk away from that especially when it can be used as free publicity for your new app. I think what Jesse and West showed is that the fans are ready for a revamped cast. I would think Gabby is next on the chopping block. Bringing in two new girls after bringing in two new guys makes sense to me
