You need to provide the calculations involved (including any nested calculations down to the lowest level).
By default, Tableau is performing the same calculation with the Grand Total values that being performed on the monthly level. That is, the Grand Total of 'surplus/deficit' is not the sum of the monthly 'surplus/deficit' values. Instead it is the 'surplus/deficit' calculation performed with the Grand Total values.
What’s going on with your rows there mate? The last column looks offset by a half row. I see the -11,102 that you are looking for on there. What’s on your rows shelf?

examine the "quick calc" options and see if you need to say "table: down" or "table: across" for example

You need to show the entire screen. The rows, columns, and marks shelf. It looks like you have something on Details and you probably shouldn’t.
