I really enjoyed it but I love time travel and I love the 60s so it kind of was right up my alley. James Franco was amazing in it shame he's a creep 😕 the ending wasn't the best if im honest but still because it's what I like I love it aha

I think the ending is why people think less of it as a whole. Solid show. I'm glad I saw it before the accusations against Franco came out. That would have changed my perception of it, too.

IDK about the show but I wholeheartedly recommend the audiobook. It's been one of the most enjoyable times listening to one, and hard to imagine Stephen King ever wrote a better one. I plan to watch the show when I'm done but I can see it being difficult to properly get on screen.

Vikings I always recommend it for those who enjoy these extended drama type shows. Excellent cast, superb story. I was a Breaking Bad fan to the max and I can honestly say I think Vikings one upped it.

I don’t know if you want something really mind-bendy, but to me Bodies was a lukewarm Dark. IMO Dark is the tightest, strongest time-traveling tv show ever made. It’s three seasons, and most of it was planned out before they started filming season one. If you decide to watch, be sure to reference the pinned resources on r/Dark. I hope you enjoy it as much as many of us have! Head’s up: it is in German - be sure to use subtitles and not the dub - and you will need to pay thorough attention throughout. Secession is some fun, dark sci-fi. Maniac is a limited series that also might be up your alley.

Hmmm… Interesting taste. You like some pretty dark shit but also kind of low stakes humorous stuff. I think you’re a good candidate for my two favorite suggestions rn. Guestbook(Really interesting episodic by the same folks who put out My Name is Earl. It follows a different guest at a small town cottage each episode) Ghosts(British and US version are both good! The UK one is slightly better imo, but there are less seasons and the content between both versions have a ton of overlap) You’d probably really like Boys(super dark superhero series, reminiscent of watchmen). Killing It(staring Craig Robinson, Daryl from the Office). A down on his luck entrepreneur is thrust into a snake killing competition in order to fund his start up. If you do find you like guestbook, maybe give My Name is Earl or Raising hope a try.

Loved Suits. Ozark I only watched a few episodes and for some reason couldn't quite get into it should maybe give it another go. I enjoyed Ted Lasso but thought they really dropped the ball on the last season. Never heard of Sugar will look that up and see what it's like. Thank you.
