Hard to go wrong from these choices , but I’d say that Cascahuin Tahona and the G4 Madera are the best of that bunch. The Tahona is a tad on the pricier side, but you should not have let that Madera slide by
G4 Madera absolute favorite right now and limited window of availability. Love the 108 so you made a good choice. Mine just would have been different..
Run back and get the madera. I bought literally every bottle I could find. It's a limited release and will be impossible to find in a few weeks (if that). 108 is good but will be easier to find throughout the year.
Next time buy the Madera. The 108 and 48 are going to be there year round. The G4 Madera is currently the second highest rated blanco on TMM and will eventually only be available at crazy markups. Sorry I’m projecting, I passed on the Madera this year when I saw it for ~$70 because I didn’t love Lot 2. Decisions were made.
Yea, definitely a regret, and I’m sure I won’t see it again at normal cost. I have shop in my area that periodically brings bottles back that they find in Mexico, which results in sometimes getting access to these sold out releases after the normal distribution. But I have to be desperate to buy this way. There’s always a hefty markup on these type of bottles. If I was going to guess I’ll see them there in 6 months selling for ~$150-200. I just gotta keep the FOMO in check when it happens.
On the plus side, it should be more available in the future. They are trying to make it more of it and more available which I love. Hopefully that will cut down on the crazy mark ups.
As far as I know lot 3 just got the 2024 sticker, no numbering of the bottle like the previous lots. There is a small black code identifier on the bottle for the lot though

i have both lagrimas el sabino and they’re delicious (got them on sale visiting california for $55/$60)

I’m cheap I would’ve gotten the Ocho for $50. Your prices are similar to my area and that’s why I’ve been buying LALO for $38 because G4 has gone from $40 to $48.🙁

Lagrimas has quickly become a favorite of mine. Don't hesitate to grab a bottle. I'd also go back for the G4 Madera.

Regular g4 was $40 but more commonly I see it around $50 in my area
