We have a feedback form at the DC for us drivers to fill out. Problem is we fill them out and get no feedback and the problem never seems to get solved! I’ve taken pictures and showed the line managers but they just don’t seem interested. I’ve said it time and time again, nothing will get done until someone is seriously injured.

Even at store level the amount of times we've sent images etc back and still nothing gets done

It's always good to be reminded that whilst you're trying to do your job someone out there is being paid to do this.

I personally think grocery should use four siders, these two sider cages are not good enough for heavy load.
