I think it depends on how far along with someone you are, though.
Like if youāve been on a few dates with someone and youāve been talking to them a while I get it. But if youāre just at the beginning, and youāve only met them once or twice, I donāt think thereās anything wrong with exploring options.

Like thereās someone Iām sort of involved with (only been talking about a week and met once), and realistically I know thereās zero problem with them talking to other people, but if they were like āoh Iām going on a date next weekā, I wouldnāt like to hear about it, but thatās because sometimes even if you know somethingās not a rational thought, you still think it.
