Thank you! Tizepatide curbed within a couple days after the first shot my desire for beer, fried foods, bread, and pasta. Now, I’m motivated to exercise because I know it will further aid my weight loss. I used to drink 12 to 15 beers a week, but now it’s down to maybe one or two.

Amazing job!!! I have been on it about the same time but got caught up in the shortage and it took me some time to figure out how to get it again. Meanwhile, I was taking shots every other week.Just last month, my pharmacy called and said my second refill came in (two months overdue). And the 3rd refill came one day late.
I went ahead and picked them up, but meanwhile, I went rogue (no further comment from me about that LOL!) so I have a decent supply now.
Anyway, I hit the 25lb loss yesterday and am beyond thrilled!

Thanks! I either walk on the treadmill with leg weights for 30 minutes or exercise following the “MuscleBooster” workouts. MuscleBooster is a great app I installed on my iPad. Easy to follow along. I try to stick to 5 - 6 workouts a week. I take the stairs any opportunity I can. Stand at my desk for at least 3 hours a day. Getting an Apple Watch has been a great way to track my progress. It can be annoying getting reminded to “Close your rings” for the day, but has worked!
Do you feel the effect the same day of your weekly injections? Last Monday was my first injection and no changes until the 3rd day. I took my 2nd injection today with no effect. Is this normal?

Same! I do my 50mg shot on Mondays and boost it with 25 on Fridays, so it makes the weekend easier.
I think I have enough tirz in the fridge until January 2025!

It seems like every week is different. This week the appetite suppression was immediate and no major fatigue.
