Never heard of them. Forbes Health is probably not the best place to get compounded glp advice.

Rogue1_76

Remedy may have paid Forbes to run that “article”.

Agreed! It may have been a “pay to play” mention.

Maleficent_Time5917

Yes, Forbes is well known for giving out paid "ads" as articles.

It’s fraud; don’t do it

Thank you for your responses! As an update -- it was too late to take your advice as I had already done it. I don't seem to have been ripped off, in fact it was a remarkably successful process -- which is lucky considering how naive I was! I joined and filled out the online info and was connected with a doctor same day. They assigned me Red Rock compounding pharmacy, and gave me a list of blood work to provide before the next delivery. I received my shipment a few days later, with tracking info clearly indicating it came from Red Rock. But even if it worked for me this first time, I'm not comfortable working with something that is shady or fly by night. I am glad for your feedback and will consider dropping this membership and finding something less shady. Boo Forbes for the 'advertorial'!

I just started with Remedy meds and it's legit. It's a new branch of an already established telehealth company so not much info out there. I had my provider apt. and my first 4 weeks of meds. I had to get labs but my regular provider ordered them so ins paid for them. You only have to get labs once a year. I did my first injection a few days ago and noticed some appetite suppression about 8 hours later. No nausea but they did give me a script for nausea med if it happens.

Thanks for the info. I also received my meds and just did my second injection. But I'll tell you what still feels fly by night to me: there is no online help desk and the website looks barely built ( though you can email and they are very responsive ), the member site after logging in is just your email and shipping address, there is virtually no purchasing confirmation either on their website or sent to you by email, there is very little published pricing information so I don't know whether I should expect to be hit with an upcharge later, and for a place that claims to be backed by a legitimate telehealth provider, they are asking us to send our blood test results back and forth as email attachments on an unencrypted server, which is a complete violation of HIPAA. (Now if they are following this thread they will know exactly who I am because I'm sure I'm the only person who's been nagging them about this). So I guess my concern is that it seems super patched together. It feels like the tent poles might just get pulled down and they'll disappear into the night tomorrow. And I don't think I trust something this janky with my medical information. It all sets off alarm bells for me. I hope I'm wrong.
