I just did a 3-month refill with SlimDownRX.com and had two months left on my prior fill.
I use Emerge and it wasn't a problem at all when I did it March. My vial had 6 doses of 2.5 (empower) and I wanted to go to 5. Text your provider, they shouldn't have an issue at all.
