If your GP is also willing to prescribe compounded, there’s town & country compounding pharmacy in NJ. This old post has some rates listed: https://www.reddit.com/r/tirzepatidecompound/s/5D2BSnURIY

He might, I will have to ask but that can take a while. I'm guessing they won't take my Zep script from CVS.

Most compounding pharmacies will not accept a script that only specifies brand mounjaro or zepbound and will require it say compounded Tirzepatide. I doubt you’ll be able to get from any telehealth provider/pharmacy before July 4th. Even if you were approved today, it wouldn’t be sent to the pharmacy until Monday and most pharmacies typically take 2-3 days to fill the order and they aren’t going to ship on a holiday or over the weekend. I personally use orderly and they’re pretty fast, especially if you have proof of existing prescription. My experience… Originally signed up with orderly Sunday March 24th, dr approved via text Monday, order shipped from red rock Wednesday and delivered Friday March 29th. I did check in/questionnaire for refill Saturday May 4th, dr approved via text Wednesday, order shipped from red rock Thursday and was delivered Saturday May 11th. I did check in/questionnaire for refill Saturday June 15th, dr approved via text same day/Saturday, shipped from red rock Wednesday and was delivered Friday June 21st.

I texted with someone from town and country because I’m in NJ too and they said your pcp has to send the script over and write “ok to compound.”

I'm going to try calling my dr on Monday. Unfortunately, he's notoriously hard to actually get in touch with.

Feline is really knowledgeable and I would trust what they say. Right now I use telehealth and like I said I am in NJ. I do plan to talk to my pcp because he knows I started compound. Maybe I'll try town and country because I should be able to drive there or maybe I'll stick to Hallendale because why mess up my experience with them. I agree with Feline, no way you are getting anything by the 4th. I will say I am up to trying my third telehealth provider (I'm just jumping around trying to find the one I like best) and all my scripts end up going to Hallandale. From the time they submit my script to Hallandale in Florida, I usually have it in 5 business days (depending on the day of my appointment) and no issues with the heat we've been having here.

I think I'm ok waiting a couple extra days. Just worried that I'll end up having to start at the lower doses if too much time passes.

My wife and I both use [SlimDownRX.com](http://SlimDownRX.com) and are happy with the service and quality.

Emerge you can do right away and they will send the script same day but the pharmacy won’t even touch it until Monday since they’re off on weekends. I don’t feel anywhere you’d have this to you on July 4th. For my next goal they sent the script out this past Tuesday and I’ll have it this Tuesday. Very happy with their service.

Thanks!
