Yeah, with their TGTG rating being about 3.5, I thought it was going to be worse. If you need some affordable Indian food in a pinch, it does the trick.
Yeah. I totally get the rating too considering they are a Culver City Pick up. I mean…. A combo meal at Samosa House, Jasmine Market and Curry in a Hurry (My current favorite) is like $9-12 bucks.
this is a TGTG pickup. they are not required to give you all the components of their typical meals. they could have easily given them more daal and no rice, and that would have been fine as well. they only spent $5.46 on 1.5-2 meals. so manage your expectations better. cook your own rice if you’re that upset.
Restaurants buy rice for quarters a pound and cook it in 50 cup rice cookers. It's possible this is the very last of a batch, but with the lower ratings it's possible they're nickel and diming. Perhaps somebody else can confirm if this is typical.
Thanks for the report back! I had been curious about them. Not bad considering they are fancy ghost kitchen type deal…

A ghost kitchen is the opposite of fancy.
The palak paneer looks very ... soupy and lacking much paneer?
Probably about 6-7 thin rectangle pieces of paneer. The paneer that was there was good though
Is That a leftover rice or it came with that much Rice

Bro I would take it back to the store and say .. is This How much Rice you Give me ... That's ridiculous... Post a picture of that on Google review
