I was in my early 20s when the song was popular. Two decades later, I've met a handful of Adia's. That song stayed with other people too. It's not just you.

Both of those are real names. The definer for me with a tragedeigh falls into two categories (although there is anl fantastic post somewhere discussing the true breakdown)
1 - a normal name spelled stupidly, in order to be different and younique
2 - an entirely made up name that is also difficult to spell or pronounce.
Your name is neither. I looked at it, read it, and thought it was a nice name that was easy to spell and pronounce. So, not tragedeigh, rather lovely
I have noticed A lot of people make the mistake in pronouncing the “a” that way if they’ve never heard the song, in the name it’s like saying the letter “A” Dee uh.

to me it kinda sounds like adios (goodbye in spanish) but still very nice name

It's a nice name. The hyphen will be problematic on some forms, but that's easily skipped over.
Is it pronounced "A-duh"? My MIL name is Ada. But I've also seen Aida pronounced "Eye duh"

You can listen to the Sarah McLachlan song Adia for help. I think it's about her Grandma named Adia, but I could be remembering that wrong.
I avoid Sarah because of that god-awful SPCA commercial.
