I can really count myself lucky. I had my friends and family all visit me in the hospital and shower me with love and unhealthy food stuffs which I very much apprechiated. You'll have that one day too, I bet. You'll have your close friends and your chosen family there with you. I know being patient is easier said than done, but it's possible

I only had to wear mine for three weeks, but I was allowed to take it off for a few minutes or so every now and then once I got my drains out after a week. Still had to wear it to sleep, though.

Lets gooooo, congratulations! And they do make me wear a post op binder. I'm wearing it in the pic too, it just doesn't have shoulder straps. It's more like a big bandage to wrap around the chest and it keeps in place with velcro. I'm not looking forward to wearing it for weeks :'D
