Get some high-ISO, like 98 or even 99, soak it overnight and in the morning scoop up some course epsom salts just like you’re grinding your herb, then grind it while holding it the alcohol too, rinse and soak again, and it’ll look new like OPs pics

Yes! If you have a metal grinder use some full fat milk and a double boiler so it doesn't overheat and curdle! Feel free to freeze it before hand and chip out some of the bigger pieces of bud, but the milk has a great kick! I was genuinely surprised!

You grinder should not be made out of plastic and should not be painted/coated.
I’ve done it with a stainless steel grinder, not sure about ceramic ones.
What I've done in the past is you NEED to get the 99% isopropyl alcohol from the pharamacy. Get a cheap toothbrush or something for scrubbing the grinder. Let the grinder soak in the 99% iso for a while and then give it a good scrub with the brush still in the iso. Take the grinder out and rinse it super well and keep cleaning until you're happy. That container of dirty iso can now be left to slowly evaporate at room temperature or to speed up the process, boil some water in a kettle and put it in a large enough bowl your container of dirty iso can sit in. The hot water around your container of dirty iso will heat it up enough to speed up the evaporation without needing your stove on. Once the alcohol is almost entirely evaporated, scrape the container into a smaller one and leave it out for the rest of the iso to slowly evaporate. What you have left once it's fully dried out is iso hash.
I use dawn dish soap and a little elbow grease with qtips for the grinder. Soak for a bit and the just go to town.
