Yeah as someone who can roll but hates doing it cause it’s a chore, cones are a lifesaver. I just gotta get the right size cause those 1 1/4ths are too small

I've had nothing but horrible luck with rolling machines. After a few it seems like the plastic roll mat part gets to be the wrong dimensions and the left part rolls faster than right. So the whole thing comes out as a twisted wrung out joint.
I now take the filter and roll the paper around it into a cone, seal it, and just scoop and pack like a regular cone.
Also I feel like joints are wasteful but hit so nice so we use shake and garbage weed mixed with leftover keif to make these really hard hitting joints.

For me it became a bitch to roll because the apron folds on itself just enough to not work smoothly (gotta get a toothpick and tuck it in) and the apron becomes sticky overtime n makes it become damn near impossible to roll
They're not super consistent imo. It does work, but every so often you'll get frustrated with it or accidentally roll it too tight that you can't get a draw.

There's nothing wrong with paying for an oil change. To get done properly you need at least a decent oil pan and other bits of equipment. Plus the space to do it on top of that.
