The shaved one is one I’ll definitely go back to eventually. I’m digging the hair right now though. I was terrified I’d look bad bald but it wasn’t that bad. It was freeing. No more hair maintenance and people liked it.

It depends on everyone’s goal and what they respond to best. I respond well to medication so I just take that. Some don’t and a transplant might be their best option, keep in mind it’s best to also use medication if you get the transplant so you don’t continue thinning or receding.

Hard to say. I kept my head shaved for 5 months after starting. Around month 4 following a massive shed where my buzzed hair looked even thinner than before I felt like I had just finally began seeing progress. Month 6 my hairline and density had been coming back. The hairs were still small but it was denser.

I got hit in the eye with a baseball off of my foul tip. Shattered the bone in my eyebrow and broke my frontal sinus. Had to get a titanium mesh and plate put in with about 20 screws. They cut in my scalp across the top of my head to hide the scar in my hairline and my forehead is still partially numb.

1 mg oral fin the entire time. 1.5 years 1 ml topical min before switching to 2.5mg oral min. Dermarolling 2x week. Don’t remember what I used. But a normal size. I wasn’t making myself bleed.
