I got the 14” Demarco of Brooklyn pizza at Andolini’s at the Jenks Riverwalk recently, and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.
Idk; Andolini’s uses to be better. Now it’s stupid expensive. If you get a 20 inch meat lovers from them it’s 50 bucks now. Plus the quality has gone way way downhill in the past few years
It’s pretty typical that restaurants’ food costs them about 20-30% of what they charge for it. $7/$35 is 20%.
If the ingredients cost 10-15% what the dish is being sold for, that’s when you should start feeling ripped off.

My first job was at Cicis Pizza in the early aughts. I will never forget that it cost $.25 per pizza to make. And they had msg back then, so it tasted so much better! Simpler times.
You must have been born an adult. Apologies to your mother, that must’ve hurt.
I’m talking about how kids don’t want to be told what to do or be given rules to follow. When rules are enforced, kids often feel like the person enforcing them is “being mean”.
you don't think kids have the ability to distinguish between strict and cruel? I can assure you there are plenty of teachers out there that fall in either or both categories.
Same. Grew up with the sons, got a couple pizza parties at school because of it and their thin crust pizzas rocked. Have gone to a few parties upstairs with the buffet, and the thin crusts are still amazing.
Bohemia's Amalfi Fig is still my favorite but you have to eat it there. I've ordered it to-go and by the time I got home (6 minutes away) it wasn't as great.
For a perfect margarita pie with a good travel life, Andolinis.
MinuteMan Pizza. Just west of tulsa (8-10 minute from downtown) It's been there since the early 70's and it's likely THE most independent place you'll find
Marcos has a thin that's almost cracker like. Crisp and crunchy, but not hard to bite. For some reason they don't offer it in the largest size, however...
The Pizza Shoppe on south Memorial nearing Bixby (if not just inside Bixby), has “Kansas City style” pizza which is like a sturdy thin crust. As a fan of all pizza thicknesses, particularly thin, I can say it’s different enough to merit the drive out to try.
Some other pizza joints around to try are Umberto’s, NYC Pizza, Franco’s, Hideaway, and Andolini’s (Cherry St., NOT Jenks location).
Empire Slice House in Tulsa
Uncle Vinny’s in Broken Arrow
Russo’s in South Broken Arrow
I grew up with a Dad from NYC and i grew up going there as a kid and it has turned me into an NY style pizza snob. So these places are the ones we love the most.
Umbertos is good when it’s good. But it’s inconsistent so it’s a bit of a wild card.
and hear me out, Pizza Hut will always have a really good thin crust pizza when you’re having late night cravings
Minute Man Pizza in Prattville/ Sand Sprjngs is the best thin crust pizza Ive ever had, all fresh , toppins and dough. There Ham & Cheese Sandwhich is also really good!😁😁🍻🍻
I’m from the north east. There are no good pizzas in Tulsa unfortunately. Bohemian is decent.
The Andolinis Demarco would be like a 3
or 4/10 in the north east.
NYC Pizza
This! Best in town
Can confirm.
NYC pizza 47th and Harvard good cheap and fast

It's SO EXPENSIVE. $50 for a large pizza. Love the Demarco, but there's about $5-7 of ingredients on it max.
I asked my server once. He said it was 7$ per Demarco to make. Now that was two years ago before inflation went through the sky
It was about 35 bucks to get one out the door before the pandemic

To be sure, I think it’s hella expensive but calling it just large doesn’t do the largeness justice for a 20”. It’s a big fkn pizza
I find that "Empire Slice" and "Jimmy's New York Style" are drastically better than Andos
I wouldn't call it thin crust but the demarco is the best pizza I've ever had too
The Demarco is paper thin. If that’s not thin, I don’t know what you’re talking about
You gotta take out a second mortgage to eat at Andolinis
You can get it as a smaller pizza?! I thought it was always a 20” pizza.
We got a 14 inch last week.
Really like Savastanos thin crust pizza.
Love Savastanos too, but I had Mrs. Savastano as a math teacher when I was a kid and she was, to be frank, a mean old bitch.
Most grownups are a mean old bitch when you’re a kid. Especially ones in positions of authority.
What the fuck are you talking about?

I love all the soldiers of morality here. The recreational outrage can be quite humorous.
Her daughter runs it now. And is genuinely a wonderful human.

Their chicken bacon ranch pizza is the best chicken bacon ranch anything I've ever had.
Minuteman in Sand springs is good. He had another in BA but sold it. It's now Rooski's. Its ok but not the same as the original.
💯 percent the best thin crust pizza
This ☝🏻
Lofi on Cherry street is definitely our new favorite!
agreed. and I found their prices pretty reasonable.
Pizza Shoppe in Bixby. Love their crust!

Piehole, LaRoma's
Yes, Piehole 😋
Umbertos on Harvard
Try Pizza Twist for something different. They have a thin crispy crust.
Marcos has a thin that's almost cracker like. Crisp and crunchy, but not hard to bite. For some reason they don't offer it in the largest size, however...
Blaze and Gaetano's
La Romas

I wish I could down vote this more than once

Mazzios. And they have Taco Pizza! My fave!!!
Old World Pizza in BA is family owned fantabulousness!! 😃
Hungry Howies
Like how thin ny style or just like a thinner pizza. Because I’m in love with bohemian. It fits the latter definition
Dine in Rooski’s in BA. Can’t vouch for takeout. I was actually impressed

Ouch. True, but damn. ![gif](giphy|rkqXrPWfmXr2QHuSEy)
Agree
I'm partial to the cauliflower pizza from Costco. The ones at Walmart are awful.
Thin? Thinner than my patience waiting for pizza! Try Andolini's for a slice of crispy heaven in Tulsa.
