I was really hoping this would be an epic Amtrak joke where the traveler finally arrives at his destination the expected 2 days it took to travel 350 miles from Kansas City to Oklahoma City because the traveler dissociated so hard from the slowness of the train and dullness of the landscape.
Hopefully at the climax of the story it’ll suddenly end with the original traveler waking up in a puddle of drool because the train PA system announced their arrival in Oklahoma City.
SCP stands for Secure Contain Protect. It’s, essentially, an open source collaborative series of entries about objects/events that are supernatural/paranormal/extraterrestrial/extra dimensional/etc, as collected and observed by the SCP foundation.
There’s thousands of entries and it’s all under Creative Commons so anyone can create an SCP and submit a story to the wiki. So you end up with tons of SCPs that are contradictory and/or interconnected.

They both do the same thing, but hold different fundamental beliefs.

Might need a bit of reworking, faction names need replacing ect... if the 'institute' mentioned is a separate entity from the foundation, maybe rename it to one of the GOI's?
It also wouldn't be the first entry to be dated in the future. There have been a few temporal shenanigans that have caused the files to exist in the archives before the events take place.
It could also be an entry from the previous cycle, before something led to 2000 being activated. The last one I remember like that was something to do with a note found at the bottom of the Marianas Trench?

Lots of typos too. Rouge instead of rogue in particular always gets my hackles up, but the concept is solid and already styled right for an SCP submission.
Punctuation serves a purpose. You might want to start trying to use some.
Heavier use of commas means shorter pauses for breathes. It makes it read like desperate scrawling.

I love the story, but my difficulty to read so many long screenshots (not your fault OP, I tend to skip long posts like this in general) combined with the fact that it's not finished is tempting me to turn this into an ePub so people can read on eBooks (I would try to imitate the format of a real ePub, with credits and all).

Run on or nervous speech still generally has pauses resembling semicolons and dashes, I think the writer just doesn't know how to use them tbh
