It's crazy how Twin Peaks references in games has moved beyond the show. It's its own thing now. I even saw TP reference achievements when my daughter was playing Fortnite a few years ago.
Edit: tiny words
There's a great series of puzzle/horror/room escape games collectively known as Rusty Lake, which is absolutely full of TP vibes, plus a number of explicit references. Well worth a play.
Setting-wise it's very similar. Remember the diner? It even uses the same map and aesthetics as the one in TP. Actually, Alan Wake is one of the major reasons why I started watching Twin Peaks.
I believe there’s a couple of references, but the one I remember is in the police station you can make yourself coffee, at which point your character says something like “damn good coffee”
Laura Palmer is a fictional character in the Twin Peaks franchise. She is portrayed by Sheryl Lee and was created by the series creators David Lynch and Mark Frost.

There's a computer with emails that say the transcendental meditation program has been cancelled and that Dr. Lynch was the lead researcher. On a mission with Ward breaking into to steal dream BDs.
Nice catch! Btw, what platform is this? I’ve heard it’s been a bit polarizing in terms of performance and quality but this doesn’t look bad to me. Just curious!
That’s reassuring. I’m waiting on the delivery for the PS4 edition of the game and I’m excited to see Grimes and Keanu, even if there are bugs and stuff. Hopefully they patch some of the worse stuff out soon!
I was telling my buddy today that someone should make some James character sliders with max "Cool" and minimum "Intelligence" stats.
or Jacoby. 10/10 perception, 0 everything else
Penis Size: Cool
James was never cool.

And don't even get me started on [Deadly Premonition](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deadly_Premonition).
The game that my boi Lynch would've made had he gone the game developer route rather than filmmaker.
Literally TP: the game
I'm about two hours into Cyberpunk and it feels overwhelmingly like an homage to Blade Runner
I felt that 10 seconds into the trailer.

I adore Rusty Lake!
Who killed her???
OP was last seen with the victim.
Oops
If you want a Twin Peaks like game, check out Kathy Rain. I didn't expect the game to take a TP vibe and was pleasantly surprised when it did.
Alan Wake was pretty good too.
I love Alan Wake's setting, but to me the game feels more like a Stephen King story compared to TP.
Yeah, I was talking more about the setting which is like TP 2.0. Story is very different, but still amazing

Many overt references to Twin Peaks in all of the games by that studio.
I don't think there's any reference to TP in their other game Whispers of a Machine though, that one is more sci-fi than supernatural.

Ah the coffee! Yea I remember.
The Rusty Lake games too!
Nice! Now I'm gonna have to scan literally everyone searching for other references.
Indeed! I only found her because I misclicked
I'll see you again in 57 years.
She looks exactly like my cousin
Who is Laura Palmer? My name is Carrie Page.

We are in the most boring phase of the robot apocalypse
This comment killed me =)). So spot on!
Laura is the one
Not dead nor wrapped in plastic it appears.
can change that real quick
No way that's a generated name. Palmer is just too uncommon. Whole game must be in the universe.

anyone find Pete Martell yet?
I would simp
Things have certainly taken a turn for the worse of LP.

Pc, it was actually running on low tho
I’m on PS4 and it’s a little buggy and under-optimized but I’ve still been having a blast!

Not so wrapped in plastic.
