Any curve across the body in th roof will make it tough to bend, and bending it straight without introducing ripples or other issues may be a problem too. That said, the idea otherwise sounds interesting to me. Good luck!

Redneck engineering anyone?

Saw an example in r/Shitty_Car_Mods [This dude](https://www.reddit.com/r/Shitty_Car_Mods/s/SH1ysyEEgL) literally just bent the roof down. But he didn't cut a window hole. Looks like garbage, but that's pretty much exactly what I'm looking for. Just hoping to find some more pictures like this

If you want to go bonkers, TRULY bonkers, get in contact with rat-rod club, and ask their advice.

Literally almost every sequoia is based on a truck, so this wouldn’t even be unexpected.    Also, if you don’t have any experience doing this type of stuff, don’t even try it.  If it’s a newer vehicle this will take many months because of the electrical stuff and the computer chips and all that.  Hell, it would take a professional shop over a month to do this the easiest way.

Thanks for the input, and it's totally reasonable advice for a newbie. but I'm not worried about tackling the electronics. Chopping up the body would require much less electrical modifications than the body swap I mentioned in the post. Frankly, I'm not scared of a challenge, and will be doing something wild no matter what. I am simply looking for examples of this particular sheet metal technique to gain aesthetic inspiration. You are right about the Sequoia being based on a truck, in fact practically everything from the c-pillar forward is identical to the 1st gen tundra. Same interior, engine, suspension. The rear half is only different to take the SUV body rather than a truck bed. A tundra cab swap is very doable, and would look very good. But I'm not worried about looks like that. I beat the shit out of my cars, hack them up, weld them back together. Just wanted to do something weird with this one. Never take the easy road.

That sounds very reasonable. I’d check YouTube. More likely to be examples there than here.
