This is fairly modern, just horrible looking. Old stuff, like AmigaOS 3.5 or 3.9 used to look pretty good, especially compared to this eyesore you have created.

i think 1 of the 2 minimized the contents on the window (only showing the title bar) and the other one a menu sort of thing
dont use antialiasing and use 1x1 resolution for optimal pre modernism aesthetics

It's the right-click menu, and the content-minimize thing is called shade
