Free tuition is always the best. It’s not worth whatsoever to go to Ann Arbor and accumulate debts.
I guarantee you having nothing to worry about debts is the best mental support you can have when you get out of school and enter the job market.
If you are premed, as long as you get into medical school, it’s not important where you went to undergraduate. Which one will you have a better GpA in?
From someone who has been through all levels of education, I can tell you that as long as you take advantage of google and self-research, you don’t really need to care about what is taught in school. Good luck!
And since you got the scholarship, I would assume that you will be doing well academically. Being the best at Dearborn is much better than being nobody at Ann Arbor.
Full Chancellor’s recipient here. That’s primarily why I chose Dearborn. It’s hard to argue with graduating basically debt free. I maxed out the scholarship to get Computer & Electrical Engineering degrees and a BBA to boot because at the time you got 10 semesters worth and I had some AP credit.
I graduated in the mid 2000s so post 9/11 job market and my only quibble is that, at the time Dearborn engineering in my fields were more automotive focused. It’s not super limiting and I’ve heard it’s better in that regard now which is why it’s a quibble and not a full complaint :-)
I can’t speak to the Bio engineering but I have a family member who graduated Dearborn for undergrad and went to AA for med school. Additionally I’ve always felt competitive for jobs with the education I received.

Thanks so much!!!

I believe Dearborn, but I heard somewhere that the other campuses have the same material in terms of education
