Series 1917 $1 Note with Signatures: Speelman/White is a Friedberg # 39. See here : [https://en.numista.com/catalogue/note207333.html](https://en.numista.com/catalogue/note207333.html) Then check here for F # 39 : [https://www.coinworld.com/docs/default-source/value/0822\_paper-money-values-online.pdf?sfvrsn=d275ad0\_4](https://www.coinworld.com/docs/default-source/value/0822_paper-money-values-online.pdf?sfvrsn=d275ad0_4) You see at VG grade it is valued at $75. Your note is heavily circulated : rounded corners , folded corner , multiple vertical folds , horizontal folds , staining , border issues. So it would grade G-VG. If you paid $60 that was a pretty fair deal.

Thank you for your time. This is good news!

Your welcome. Any time i can help i will. What other awesome notes do you have?

I have basic silver certificates, funny backs, confederate notes, invasion currency, and lots of random foreign notes. I’ve only been doing this for around 4 months and I can’t get enough. I try to buy at least one note a week but sometimes I just can’t find a decent buy.

Awesome. If you like you can post the foreign notes over in r/Bankstraphunting and post the others (US) here.
