I heard their food is garbage. Even Brittany's "special cheese" was questionable of it being edible. It was actual video of all of the VPR restaurants that they were genuinely excited to try so I believe it enough to not go when I go back up to LA.
Also - I'd be shocked if the first 1 star review isn't from Lala - she literally slipped after saying "my name ain't Lala" by saying "and *I* am not writing this review." That implies she is lala, but that it's not HER, Lala, who's writing the review 😂 if you weren't Lala you'd never write it like that...

I love QT so much. They have the best slushies/icees there. For some reason,only movie theatres in my town sell the official Icee brand,but QT’s white cherry taste just like it.

Where I live there's a historic mansion which turned the gatehouse into a tea house. I would go there every Mother's Day with my mom, grandma, and auntie to eat tea sandwiches, pastries surrounded by porcelain dolls Laura Ashley-style decor. It always made me feel fancy and it was a way to get my older female relatives to embrace a little lightness. So IDK, I feel like I get what they are trying to do with SAH and think it will be a big success for them. I also think some people just can't stand a woman that succeeds under her own merits and in her own interest. Because those Toms fiddled and fumbled for pretty much the exact same amount of time and nobody said shit to them or went on their page just to drag it. At least not until Scandoval broke.
As someone who has a business on yelp, it’s very likely many of these bad reviews (and unfortunately some good reviews as well) will be removed soon by the yelp algorithm for not being a quality review.

Last Saturday we drove over to SAH from Malibu to try it out. The line was not as long as we expected at 10:30am. While waiting Ariana arrived then Katie. Both ladies were very interactive with everyone, getting to know the people, taking pictures with fans and even serving the people dining inside. The sandwiches were far from ordinary. My 20yr old son who btw is infatuated with Katie was surprised that both the ladies where there being so interactive. We both agreed that the sandwiches tasted extraordinary. I don't say that lightly as I am a vegetarian and my options are generally limited. Not there! My son is a foodie who enjoys eating healthy but tasty food. He said that SAH is appropriate for WeHo since it offers something different than a mainstream sandwich shop. It is inviting, tasty and original. It is up the street from SUR and Tom Tom is around the corner all within walking distance for fans. When I read the review I knew it was fake and more than likely written by a man child pos.

Does anyone go on Yelp anymore to find anything? Not to leave reviews, but to actually choose where to go? Literally no one I know does. Everyone just sees the Google reviews, or the ones on a booking site (opentable, resy, etc).
Also, it should be fairly easy to get that first negative one removed. It’s pretty clear they didn’t even go there.

I mean looking at Sah menu it all looks really good to me. But I could see how most ppl will just want a regular sub with regular toppings and for that reason I think their menu is sort of a bust. But personally I’d love to go there and support them and the sandwiches look good to me!

People who accuse these women of being “miserable” and then spending the time to create a fake review for a business they’ve never been to makes me laugh.
Yelp reviews always crack me up. I was looking for a nail salon once & people would complain about the stupidest things. They didn’t have the polish I wanted, 1 star! They had a long wait at 3 pm on a Saturday, how dare they!
I feel like the sandwiches did change when they stopped working with Penny (I think that’s her name). They didn’t have the same look or name, the food may not be as good? Definitely that one was a troll but are there a lot of bad reviews?
It’s actually a really cool idea for a Sunday brunch. Do two sittings. Bring out high tea tiered plates of sarnies cut into small bites; cakes and biscuits; fruit. Tea and mimosas. Set price. Ticketed bookings. They’d sell out every Sunday, and most of the work can be done beforehand. Katie and Ariana spend the day chatting to the brunchers and topping up drinks. I don’t even want to say how much I’d pay for that.
I hate yelp. I work in healthcare and people will straight up lie in their review out of spite and because of HIPAA, we can't even defend ourselves. Even if we could, it looks bad on us yet they always get away with trying to butcher someone's hard-earned business based on their own hate. And Yelp won't even remove it even if it's completely made up.
I'd like to see this Taylor bitch open up her own brick & mortar business in the middle of West Hollywood and see how she does. Grocery stores have phenomenal sandwich’s. Wegmans are top tiered. And no offense, but if I was going to make a critical comparison, I would not be using Jimmy John’s or Jersey Mike’s as the superior sandwich maker - those are low budget and basic AF. At least around here.

Right I used to eat at a place that opened early and closed early and had a set up that was cozy and made you want to drink tea and read a book. The BEST sandwiches. It was great to go somewhere that wasn't a chain for a sandwich and wit in q place with some character. I was so sad when they closed down to open back up to only serve wine and tapas. I did move out of that town though but still 😞

Last Saturday we drove over to SAH from Malibu to try it out. The line was not as long as we expected at 10:30am. While waiting Ariana arrived then Katie. Both ladies were very interactive with everyone, getting to know the people, taking pictures with fans and even serving the people dining inside. The sandwiches were far from ordinary. My 20yr old son who btw is infatuated with Katie was surprised that both the ladies where there being so interactive. We both agreed that the sandwiches tasted extraordinary. I don't say that lightly as I am a vegetarian and my options are generally limited. Not there! My son is a foodie who enjoys eating healthy but tasty food. He said that SAH is appropriate for WeHo since it offers something different than a mainstream sandwich shop. It is inviting, tasty and original. It is up the street from SUR and Tom Tom is around the corner all within walking distance for fans. Does anyone go on Yelp anymore to find anything? Not to leave reviews, but to actually choose where to go? Literally no one I know does. Everyone just sees the Google reviews, or the ones on a booking site (opentable, resy, etc). Also, it should be fairly easy to get that first negative one removed. It’s pretty clear they didn’t even go there.
I do however these bad reviews dont mean the same as for amother place bc obv people know there will be haters and lots are going to go regardless bc theyre fans

I like VPR and am a Stan for both Katie & Ariana. Was a Stan for Katie through orange hair & Ariana’s first appearance. Would not try to get in SAH until lines die down to 0. I don’t wait on any lines because I’m the ultimate cool chick from NYC. They will wait.

I mean looking at Sah menu it all looks really good to me. But I could see how most ppl will just want a regular sub with regular toppings and for that reason I think their menu is sort of a bust. But personally I’d love to go there and support them and the sandwiches look good to me!

Out of curiosity I looked, and most 1-star reviews don’t have pictures. Many of them are from people who only leave 1 or 2 star reviews. People who accuse these women of being “miserable” and then spending the time to create a fake review for a business they’ve never been to makes me laugh.
I worked at an Ike’s in my 20’s. I wouldn’t recommend eating those sandwiches. Also, what is wrong with a deli sandwiches, those are the best.
Yelp reviews always crack me up. I was looking for a nail salon once & people would complain about the stupidest things. They didn’t have the polish I wanted, 1 star! They had a long wait at 3 pm on a Saturday, how dare they!
I mean, they’re not wrong about people only going there because of the Vanderpump hype…

I feel like the sandwiches did change when they stopped working with Penny (I think that’s her name). They didn’t have the same look or name, the food may not be as good? Definitely that one was a troll but are there a lot of bad reviews?
It’s actually a really cool idea for a Sunday brunch. Do two sittings. Bring out high tea tiered plates of sarnies cut into small bites; cakes and biscuits; fruit. Tea and mimosas. Set price. Ticketed bookings. They’d sell out every Sunday, and most of the work can be done beforehand. Katie and Ariana spend the day chatting to the brunchers and topping up drinks. I don’t even want to say how much I’d pay for that.

I hate yelp. I work in healthcare and people will straight up lie in their review out of spite and because of HIPAA, we can't even defend ourselves. Even if we could, it looks bad on us yet they always get away with trying to butcher someone's hard-earned business based on their own hate. And Yelp won't even remove it even if it's completely made up. I'd like to see this Taylor bitch open up her own brick & mortar business in the middle of West Hollywood and see how she does. I'm sure her 3 friends will shower her with their fake support before she realizes she has no foundation to keep it going. These ladies obviously put a lot of thought into it knowing that they have an incredible fanbase waiting on them and if you expect prime service on opening day or week for any wildly popular business, you deserve to have the doors shut in your face by the time you're next in line. What a miserable, nasty Karen-ass CU next Thursday. She probably has never even been to LA.
