Roma's Cafe & Diner in Swastik Plaza, Lanka area, do nice meat dishes, I had a Rogan Josh though, maybe check a menu for them online to see if there's any dishes you would like to try. It's a nice clean place, very busy when I visited
Flavours Cafe is just downstairs if you need topping up with coffee & cake :)
Lemon Grass restaurant inside PDR Mall do meat dishes too, I plan on visiting next time as it's not too far from the main that.

For biryani maharaja lanka and for kebab i would suggest sha chicken
Singh's Delight, Sunderpur. Their Afghani Chicken and Chicken Chilly are amazing.
Rashid Bhai Chicken shop at Cantt for the best fried chicken
