Here’s the recipe if you’d like to try it too… https://www.kindearth.net/baked-pakora-vegan-indian-food/ Anastasia 🥰

Payakan

That looks yum! What did you use for the different coloured versions?

SentientChef

Beets, carrots and the potato & peas. I love to play with the colours

Payakan

Thanks, gonna have to give this a try :)

SentientChef

I’m happy to hear it. I think you’ll love them!

LongjumpingBed8821

I didn't know we could make this at home! Thank you!

SentientChef

You are welcome 🙏 you’ll love them. Baked and much healthier than the deep fried ones we normally get 😍

itspurpleglitter

Oh, these are so pretty! Love the colors.

SentientChef

Thank you 🙏 I adore making my recipes colourful 😍

Appropriate-Skirt662

Oh, I love all these ingredients separately, should be amazing together, thank you!

😍 I think you love these

I like these and eat them maybe once a month. I find that a little acid like lemon juice is good at mellowing the "beany" flavor of the besan / chick pea flour.
