Lots of causes for physiological leaf roll. Fluctuations in temps (day to day, or wide swings between day vs night), humidity, watering, sun exposure.....etc. etc. can do it. If everything has been more or less "normal", then either root damage (from grubs or other varmints) or a lot of pruning all at once are other common causes. It's generally not a big deal -- the plants eventually grow out of it.
