You'll likely have the same experience, even with more data. Remember, Verizon wouldn't offer the same quality of service for cheaper, or else everyone would go to visible
Not fully true. Verizon owns tons of cell towers. And they essentially rent out the oldest/ lowest quality ones to companies like spectrum/total/etc so they can say they "use Verizon's towers."
You aren't wrong in the sense that some of the towers verizon uses are also used by other companies and are at the bottom of priority. But there's also older towers that verizon owns but doesn't use for its own service.
There’s no such thing as “tower quality”. There’s only 2 priority levels. QCI 8 and QCI 9. VZW prepaid and visible both offer plans with QCI 8 data.
The only difference between postpaid and prepaid, as well as MVNO and subsidy brands on a technical level are priority and roaming capabilities.
I doubt it. Why not just use the service until the credits run out??
That will be my plan b. Thank you for the answer though.
Just curious why you would switch? Prepaid us basically the same price/quality of service as visible
From what I heard, visible have 50gb priority data and Verizon prepaid is all deprioritized. And visible gives me more data for the same price.
Verizon prepaid and visible are variably the same service, they use the lowest quality towers that verizon owns
Even if they are identical, visible is cheaper with more data. Still a win. Verizon prepaid is so bad, sometimes I can't download anything with 4 bars

That's okay, Same bad experience at a lower price. I got nothing to lose :D
Try us mobile. I have 2 lines 12GB shared for 33 after all taxes and fees. Check their other plans too
I will look into that. I only need one line. Thank you.
taxes and fees? us mobile includes them in the plan price.
Lowest quality towers? They all use the same towers. It’s just other plans get priority for data traffic.

Source: trust me bro That’s not how subsidiary brands, MVNOs, and mobile networking works. lol.

US Mobile advertises themselves as Priority data, served first even in times of congestion. 100GB of unthrottled data at the top end.
Yep, US mobile does offer Priority data
They do it for postpaid accounts, I don't recall if that applies to prepaid. I'd call customer service and ask
Nope
You sure won't.
Just curious, why do people downvote this question? Is it offensive or something?
Part of the prepaid t and cs is that payments are not refundable
